The polymers used for the preparation of solid dosage forms with sustained drug release

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je literární rešerší na téma "Polymery používané pro přípravu pevných lékových forem s prodlouženým uvolňováním léčiva". Práce je zaměřená na přehled polymerů používaných v léčivech s řízeným uvolňováním, přehled polymerů v matricových tabletách a mechanismus uvolňování léčiv s řízeným uvolňováním. Podrobně jsou zde popsány nejčastěji používané polymery, pomocné látky, mechanismy uvolňování. Pozornost je věnována zejména hydrofilním matricovým tabletám na bázi hypromelózy a mechanismu uvolňování účinné látky z tohoto typu tablet.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is literature review on topic "The polymers used for the preparation of solid dosage forms with sustained release drug." The work is focused on the overview of the polymers used in drugs with controlled release, overview polymers in matrix tablets and mechanism of release of the controlled drug release drug. The most commonly used polymers, excipients, release mechanisms are described in detail. Attention is paid to hydrophilic matrix tablets based on hypromellose and mechanism of drug release from this type of tablet.
