Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem imigrace v knihách The Tortilla Curtain, The Reluctant Fundamentalist a Lucy. Cílem bylo porovnat všechny tři knihy z hlediska migrace, integrace a reakce na imigranty. Bakalářská práce obsahuje pět kapitol. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of immigration in the books The Tortilla Curtain, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, and Lucy. The aim was to compare all of these three books in terms of migration, integration, and the response towards the immigrants. The thesis includes five chapters.
