Costs management and their calculation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením nákladů a jejich kalkulací. Popisuje systém řízení nákladů a jeho vliv na výkonnost podniku. Kalkulace a systém řízení nákladů patří mezi nejdůležitější procesy zajišťující efektivní chod podniku. Přesná konstrukce systému kalkulace nákladů a jeho následné zavedení do podnikové praxe vede k přesnému řízení nákladů. Přesnější systém řízení nákladů zvyšuje výkonnost podniku. Aby tento systém byl pro podnik skutečným přínosem a tržní výhodou, tak je zapotřebí při jeho tvorbě nalézt optimální rovnováhu mezi jeho složitostí a užitečností. Moje bakalářská práce má cíl analyzovat systém řízení a kalkulace nákladů zvoleného podniku. Případně navrhnout optimalizaci tohoto systému. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá teorií pojetí nákladů z manažerského a účetního hlediska, kategorizací nákladů, metodami kalkulací nákladů a metodami řízení nákladů. Jednotlivé metody jsou stručně charakterizovány. Praktická část analyzuje stávající systém řízení nákladů ve zvoleném podniku a hodnotí procesy tohoto systému z hlediska optimalizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s work deals with costs management and their calculation. The work describes the cost management system and its influence on company performance. Calculations and costs management system are one of the important processes on reservation of company efficiency. Exact construction of cost calculation system and his resulting introduction to the business practice leads to exact cost proceedings. A more exact cost management system increases the company efficiency. That this system be a real contribution and a market advantage for a company, so it is necessary at its production to find an optimum balance between its complication and its serviceability. My bachelor’s work has the goal to analyse the cost management and the calculation system of a chosen company or eventually to propose a system optimizing of those. The theoretical part of the bachelor work is deal with the theory accounting conception costs, costs classification and structuring of the methods of cost management. The individual methods are described in brief. The practical part analyses the present state of costs management of the chosen company and assesses processes of the system in term of optimization.
