Stanovení kreatinu v potravinových doplňcích

Determination of creatine in food supplements
Abstract:
Hlavní náplní této práce je shrnutí dostupných informací o kreatinu. První část se týká obecných informací a historii, následuje chování kreatinu v těle člověka, výrobě kreatinu, analytickým prostředkům, kterými můžeme zjistit obsah kreatinu a na závěr jsou zmíněny různé další formy kreatinu a jeho obsah v nich.
Abstract:
The main content of this work is a summary of available information on creatine. The first part concerns general information and history, followed by the behavior of creatine in the human body, creatine production, analysis and finally various other forms of creatine and its content in them.
