Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popsání aktuálního stavu míry pohybu v českých kancelářích jak z pohledu zaměstnanců, tak i z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Dále z výsledků výzkumu odvodit přínos pro společnost S námi Fpohybu, která zprostředkovává fyzioterapeutické služby do kanceláří. Součástí práce jsou dva výzkumy. Jeden se zaměstnanci pracujícími v kanceláři na plný úvazek a druhý se zaměstnavateli tuzemských firem. Práce má tři hlavní části. Teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou častého sezení, jeho dopady na lidské zdraví a na pracovní výkon. Dále poskytuje statistiky ze zahraničí i z České republiky na dané téma, zabývá se zdravotními benefity a samotnou fyzioterapií. Metodologická část popisuje metodu dotazníkového šetření. Následně se praktická část věnuje prezentování zjištěných výsledků výzkumu. Dotazníkové šetření prokázalo nízkou znalost důsledků častého sezení na lidské zdraví a nízkou míru pohybu v českých kanceláří. Práce společnosti S námi Fpohybu dává smysl a měla by se zaměřit na větší edukaci nejenom zaměstnanců, ale i zaměstnavatelů firem na dané téma.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to present the current state and quality of movement in Czech offices both from the perspective of employees and from the perspective of employers. Afterwards from research results derive benefits for the company S námi Fpohybu, which provides physiotherapy services to offices. Two researches are part of the thesis. One with 123 full-time workers in the office and the other with 12 employers of domestic companies. The thesis has three main parts. The theoretical part introduces the issue of frequent sitting and its impact on human health and work performance. Furthermore, it provides statistics from abroad and from the Czech Republic on topics related, health benefits and physiotherapy itself. The methodological part describes the questionnaire survey method. The following practical part is devoted to the research on the mentioned topic. The questionnaire survey showed low knowledge of the consequences of frequent sitting on human health and low level of movement in Czech offices. The work of the company S námi Fpohybu makes sense and should focus on bringing more education to employees in this area.
