Diplomová práca sa zameriava na integráciu XRM a ERP systémov a na vyhodnotenie ich úspešnej implementácie v podniku. Analýza integrovaného ERP a CRM je vykonaná v stredne veľkej českej IT spoločnosti. The master’s thesis focuses on the integration of XRM and ERP systems and the evaluation of their successful implementation in corporations. The integration analysis of ERP and CRM is conducted in a Czech mid-sized IT company.
