Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na oceňování podniku, a to podniku Pivovar HOLBA a.s. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce jsou postupně popisovány informace, které jsou pro ocenění zásadní. Práce popisuje základní informace o samotném pojmu podnik a legislativě oceňování. My diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the company, namely Pivovar HOLBA a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are described informations, which are key for the evaluation.
