Business plan for a creation of a mobile application

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu aplikace „SHAREMENOW“. V tomto plánu jsou definovány jeho náležitosti a cíle, pro které je vypracován, za účelem uskutečnění podnikatelského záměru. Samotná práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části jsem popsal základní potřebné informace, strukturu, obsah a jednotlivé principy sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Dále je zde nastíněna možnost jeho financování a následné uplatnění v praxi. Část diplomové práce je věnována trhu s mobilními aplikacemi, které jsou podobného charakteru. Je to především tím, že podstata produktu je dost specifická. Veškeré teoretické poznatky společně s metodami jsou využity při zpracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu jak vytvořit a následně prodat aplikaci „SHAREMENNOW“, který tvoří analytickou část. Dále je zde návrhová část, v které je představen způsob řešení. Díky návrhové části jsem dospěl k přesvědčení, že je tento projekt životaschopný a realizovatelný.

Abstract:

This thesis is focusing on the creation of a business plan for a mobile application called „SHAREMENOW“. It defines requisites and objectives that have to be meet in order to launch the realization of the business plan. The thesis is divided into three sections – theory, practice and design. In the theoretical part, there is a description of the basic information that is required, structure, content and various principles of writing a business plan. There is also a possibility of financing and subsequent application in practice. One of the parts of the thesis is devoted to the market of mobile applications with the similar features. It's mainly because the essence of the product is quite unique. All theoretical knowledge together with methods are used in handling of a specific business plan and creating the application "SHAREMENNOW" which forms the analytical part. Then there is a design part, where the way of achieving of solutions was described. Considering the analytical part, it can be said that this project is viable and feasible.
