Průběh a důsledky vystoupení z Evropské Unie

The process and consequences of secession from the European Union
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou vystoupení z EU, kdy je rozebrána možnost vystoupení před a po účinnosti Lisabonské smlouvy a zakotvení článku 50 SEU. Dále jsou zmíněny případy členských států, kde teoreticky hrozí možnost vystoupení a případy, kdy došlo k ukončení uplatňování práva EU.
Abstract:
The thesis is about withdrawal from the EU, where is discussed the possibility of performance before and after anchoring withdrawal in the Lisbon Treaty and enshrined in Article 50 TEU. There are also mentioned cases of Member States which theoretically want to withdraw and cases of dependecies area which has stoppedaplying acquis communautaire.
