Ve své balalářské práci budu se věnovat analyzě a rozboru problému spotřebitelských smluv a jejich užívání v praxi. In my bachelor thesis I will analyze and analyze the problem of consumer contracts and their use in practice. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare consumer contracts according to Czech law and Russian law. The bachelor thesis will contain the characteristics of the subjects of consumer contracts.
