Abstract:

Studium polovodičových multivrstev prostřednictvím rtg difrakce Tato práce obsahuje základní informace o metodě rentgenové difrakce a vlastnostech polovodičových multivrstev. Dále obsahuje postup zpracování naměřené intenzity difraktovaného rtg záření v okolí symetrické a asymetrické rtg difrakce s vysokým rozlišením na polovodičových multivrstvách. Výsledkem jsou mapy rozložení intenzity difraktovaného rtg záření v okolí symetrické a asymetrické rtg difrakce v reciprokém prostoru a z nich zjištěné parametry periodické multivrstvy, vypěstované v laboratoři ve Villingenu.

Abstract:

Investigation of semiconductor multilayers using x-ray diffraction This work comprehends basic information about the x-ray diffraction method and the semiconductor multilayers characteristics. Further, it involves the procedure of processing the measured intensity of x-ray diffraction in the surroundings of symetric and asymetric high-resolution x-ray diffraction on the semiconductor multilayers. The results of his work are the maps of distribution of the x-ray diffraction intensity in the surroundings of symetric and asymetric x-ray diffraction in the reciprocal space and the detected periodic multilayer parametres. Multilayer was developed in the Villingen laboratory.
