Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh shisha barů ve vybrané lokalitě Prahy z hlediska nabízených produktů. Na základě analýzy konkurence v bezprostředním okolí umístění nového podnikatelského subjektu. Práce obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu na zřízení nového shisha baru v Praze. Součástí návrhu je i finanční plán a stanovení marketingové a obchodní strategie.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses the shisha bar market in the chosen location in Prague from the point of view of the offered products. It is based on the analysis of the competitors in the immediate vicinity of the new business entity. The thesis contains a draft business plan to establish a new shisha bar in Prague.
