Obsahem této bakalářské práce je úvaha, konkrétní zjišťování, vyhodnocení a uplatnění absolventů učňovského oboru Kuchař-číšník, Pekař a Cukrář na Střední škole gastronomie, oděvnictví a služeb, na trhu práce. Všechny žáky jsem v průběhu jejich studia učil. Během závěrečného ročníku jsme spolu probírali jejich představy o dalším profesním směřování. The content of this bachelor's thesis is the consideration, specific investigation, evaluation and application of graduates of the Cook-Waiter, Baker and Confectioner apprenticeship at the Secondary School of Gastronomy, Clothing and Services, on the labor market.
