Náklady chybného výběru zaměstnance

Abstract:
Cílem práce je provést studii týkající se nákladů špatného výběru zaměstnance. Teoreticko-metodologická část popisuje jednotlivé procesy, kterými nový zaměstnanec prochází a shrnuje náklady na tyto procesy vynaložené. The main goal of my work is to make a study on costs by bad selection of employees. Theoretical-methodological part describes individual processes in which new employees pass through and summarizes the cost that are incurred for these processes.
