Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení zvířecího krematoria v České republice. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům. Zabývá se náležitostmi, které má podnikatelský plán obsahovat, vysvětluje praktické účely tohoto dokumentu, důvody jeho sestavování a vysvětluje jeho nezbytnost. V teoretické části jsou detailně popsány jednotlivé části plánu, které by měl zpravidla obsahovat. Druhá část této diplomové práce převádí teoretická východiska do praxe. Praktická část je věnována sestavení podnikatelského záměru. Předmětem záměru je založení zvířecího krematoria. Podnikatelský záměr zahrnuje představení klíčových osob, popis organizační struktury, vyřešení personální a provozní otázky, mapuje konkurenci, potencionální zákazníky, zabývá se výběrem dodavatelů. Dále detailně popisuje předmět činnosti, navazuje marketingovou strategií a finančním plánem s výhledem na pět let. Finanční plán je vyhotoven ve třech variantách možného budoucího vývoje. Poslední částí je analýza rizik a závěrečná doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of an animal crematory in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with theoretical solutions, with the essentials included in a business plan, explains the practical purposes of this document, the reasons for his compiling and explains its necessity. The theoretical part describes in detail the different parts of the plan, which would normally contain. The second part of this thesis converts theoretical into practice. The practical part is devoted to writing a business plan. The object of the project is the establishment of an animal crematorium. The business plan includes the performance of key persons, a description of the organizational structure, personnel and resolve operational issues, mapping competition, potential customers, deals with the selection of suppliers. Further detailed description of the objects, followed by marketing strategy and financial plan with a view to five years. The financial plan is produced in three variants of possible future developments. The last part of the business plan is risk analysis and final recommendations.
