Multidisciplinary Team in Social Work.

Abstract:

Cílem celé této práce je pochopit podstatu multidisciplinárního týmu a zaměřit se na jeho využití v sociální práci. Pozornost je věnována roli sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu. V empirické části se práce zaměřuje na poznání, jak vypadá multidisciplinární týmová spolupráce v případě několika zařízení, která se zabývají péčí o dítě s postižením. Otázka multidiciplinární týmové spolupráce je zde zpracována také z pohledu několika rodičů, kteří mají dítě s postižením. Na základě návrhů odborníků a rodičů jsou v závěru práce sepsány důležité prvky optimální multidisciplinární týmové spolupráce v oblasti péče o dítě s postižením a jeho rodinu.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to understand the substance of a multidisciplinary team and to focus on the possibilities how a multidisciplinary team can be used in the social work. One of the important topics of this thesis is the role of the social worker within a multidisciplinary team. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the multidisciplinary teamwork in several organisations, whose main task is to care for children with disability. The topic of multidisciplinary teamwork is worked out also from the parents? point of view (parents who have a child with disability). The last chapter deals with the optimal multidisciplinary teamwork in the field of the care for children with disability. Based on the propositions of professionals and parents, important elements of the optimal multidisciplinary teamwork were summarised at the end of the thesis.
