Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zasvětit čtenáře do problematiky poruch příjmu potravy. První část obsahuje zásadní informace o tomto onemocnění, charakteristiku jeho jednotlivých typů a stručnou historii vztahující se k jejich vývoji. Dále se věnuji předpokladům a faktorům, které ovlivňují vznik poruch příjmu potravy. V neposlední řadě se v rámci teoretické části své práce zabývám zdravotními komplikacemi, které toto onemocnění provázejí. Druhá část je zaměřena na činnost občanského sdružení Anabell, které se po několik let věnuje problematice poruch příjmu potravy. Dále popisuji široké spektrum služeb organizace a klientelu, která těchto služeb využívá. Vlastní zkoumání je zaměřeno na metodiku práce s klientem a možnosti spolupráce s organizací z pozice dobrovolníka či studenta na praxi. Tato část je doplněna případovými studiemi tří dívek. V příloze práce jsou vloženy vnitřní pravidla fungující v organizaci, jako je etický kodex, dále pak pravidla pro členy sdružení léčící se z nemoci. Též zde najdete seznam odborníků věnující se dané problematice.

Abstract:

My Bachelor Thesis is dedicated to the problem of Eating Disorder. The first part comprises basic information about this disease. Within it there is also described each type of this disease and a short history relating to the evolution of it. Furthermore, I focus on the presumtions and elements that influence an origination of Eating Disorder. Last but not least I deal with health complications that go together with this disease. The second part is focused on the activities of Civic Association called Anabell which deals with the problem of Eating Disorder for several years. Further I describe a broad spectrum of services offered by Anabell, along with a clientage to which are these services provided. The research itself targets to the procedures of work with clients of Anabell, and the possibilities of co-operation with this Civic Association from a possition of volunteer or a student within working experience. This part is completed by case studies of three girls. There are Internal rules enclosed, such as Ethics Code or Rules for Clients, both established in this Civic Association, along with a list of specialists involved in problem of Eating disorder.
