Development of Tourism in the Liberec Region through a Support of Companies Operating in Tourism

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem cestovního ruchu v Libereckém kraji pomocí podpory podniků, které v něm působí. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Teoretická část představuje pojmy cestovního ruchu. Vymezuje cestovní ruch obecně, zabývá se definicí podniku, destinace, destinačního managementu a dále i pojmy marketing a rozvoj cestovního ruchu. V následující části je představen samotný Liberecký kraj, jeho postavení rozvoj a podpora. Cílem práce je zhodnocení rozvoje tohoto kraje a prozkoumání tvrzení zabývající se otázkou využití potenciálu Křišťálového údolí pro tento kraj. Praktická část je věnována právě projektu Křišťálové údolí, kde probíhá seznámení s tímto projektem, jeho podniky a následně v rámci dotazníkového šetření zkoumá současnou situaci rozvoje, díky Křišťálovému údolí. Poslední kapitola této práce představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a následně navrhuje i určitá doporučení.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the development of tourism in the Liberec region with the support of companies that operate in it. The work is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part presents the concepts of tourism. It defines tourism in general, deals with the definition of business, destination, destination management, as well as the concepts of marketing and tourism development. The following section presents the Liberec region itself, its position, development and support. The aim of the work is to evaluate the development of this region and to examine the statements dealing with the issue of using the potential of the Crystal Valley for this region. The practical part is devoted to the Crystal Valley project, where acquaintance with this project, its companies takes place and then examines the current development situation within the questionnaire survey, thanks to Crystal Valley. The last chapter of this work presents the results of the questionnaire survey and then suggests certain recommendations.
