Risk of mortgages in context of actual financial crisis

Abstract:

Nowadays, world is influenced with the crisis which had started mostly in mortgage packages also in re-pasting the stickers of safety and credibility at them. The result of the financial crises had hit some big banks. Worst is fact that consumption demand had been decreased and this trend had been applied also at the Slovak Republic. Financial crisis of market at which we are in role of participants and bystanders, in comparing with the last crises has different specific taste. The last crisis had appeared based to the deformation of the central banks in given states nowadays based to the globalization its influence is spread all over world. Central Bank of America CBA), had slide at position of most influencing central bank. Thanks to this Central Bank of America started to influence international markets and financial flows in big matter of the last decade. This big power gave the CBA higher impact and more danger position as it was in past. This is the biggest financial crisis which was matter of recorded. Based to the fact of globalization this is not the biggest and last crisis which appeared. Individual financial trades are getting in to the resonance when they balancing and harmonizing. This globalization is creating big global synchronization and recession which will have extreme in the wake.

Abstract:

Momentálne svet trápi finančná kríza, ktorá má pôvod najmä v prebaľovaní rizikových hypotekárnych balíkov a v prelepovaní štítkov bezpečnosti a dôveryhodnosti na nich. Následkom tejto finančnej krízy padlo viacero veľkých bánk a čo je horšie klesol dopyt po spotrebe, čo v dominovom efekte zasiahlo aj Slovensko. Kríza peňažného trhu, ktorej sme v súčasnosti pozorovateľmi a účastníkmi, má v porovnaní s jej predchodkyňami špecifickú príchuť. Kým krízy z minulosti spôsobené deformačnými praktikami centrálnych bánk štátov mali dosah takmer výhradne na území ich pôsobnosti, súčasná kríza má vďaka globalizačnému efektu naštartovanému koncom minulého storočia vážny dosah na chod finančných trhov v celosvetovom merítku. Americká centrálna banka sa nenápadne v priebehu posledných desaťročí stala de facto svetovou centrálnou bankou výrazne ovplyvňujúcou celosvetový tok peňazí, čím sa akékoľvek zásahy do trhu v jej réžii stali oveľa rozmernejšie a nebezpečnejšie ako kedykoľvek v minulosti. Táto kríza je zatiaľ najväčšou zaznamenanou krízou finančného trhu, no v súvislosti s trendom kontinuálnej globalizácie dlhodobo najväčšou určite nezostane. Jednotlivé finančné trhy sveta sa totiž vzájomným zlaďovaním dostávajú do akejsi rezonancie, vďaka ktorej sa kedysi geograficky izolované poryvy na trhoch postupne transformujú na globálne synchronizované expanzie a recesie ozrutných rozmerov a extrémnych následkov.
