Professional qualities of human resources officers - HR managers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na profesní kvality personalistů a jejich determinanty. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část pojednává o konceptu řízení lidí v organizaci, řeší vztahy mezi subjekty, které se na řízení lidí v organizaci podílí, zmíněna je i otázka profesionality v procesu řízení. Dále se zabývá vymezením atributů profesních kvalit personalistů – HR manažerů, které jsou specifikovány ve třech oblastech – odborné, osobnostní a morální. Empirickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se všemi personalisty jedné velké organizace. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak samotní personalisté vnímají a hodnotí své profesní kvality.

Abstract:

This thesis is focuses on the professional qualities of personel Officem and their determinants. The work is theoretical as well as empirical. The theoretical part discusses the concept of managing people in an organization and deals with the relationships between entities in the management of people that are involved in the organization, including also the question of professionalism in the management process. It also deals with the definition of professional qualities and attributes of personnel officers - HR managers, which are specified in three areas - professional, personal and moral. The empirical part consists of qualitative research carried out by using semi-structured interviews with all the personnel officers employed in a bige organization. The aim is to disciver how they perceive themselves and how they evaluate their professional quality.
