Redefinition of internal corporate communication

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu současného stavu interní komunikace ve společnosti Pojišťovna České spořitelny, a. s., Vienna Insurance Group a na základě jejího vyhodnocení navrhnout případná zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část zachycuje podstatu interní komunikace, její cíle, překážky, nástroje a strategie. Druhá část popisuje pracovní náplně jednotlivých pracovníků ve vybraných odděleních, současný stav interní komunikace, zhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení komunikace uvnitř společnosti Pojišťovna České spořitelny, a. s., Vienna Insurance Group.

Abstract:

Focus of this thesis is analyze of the present state of internal communication in company Pojistovna Ceske sporitelny, a. s., Vienna Insurance Group and on the basis of its evaluation to make a proposal of available improvements. The thesis is divided in two parts. First part catches principle of internal communication, its targets, obstacles, instruments and strategy. Second part describes workloads of individual personnel in chosen departments, present state of internal communication, evaluation and proposals for improvements of communication inside Pojistovna Ceske sporitelny, a. s., Vienna Insurance Group company.
