Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plánováním a organizací vyšetřování. K zajištění přehlednosti je tato práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je kompilací odborné literatury, kde jde o stručnou charakteristiku vybraných pojmů, dále podstatou a zásady plánování ve vyšetřování, druhy plánování a organizace vyšetřování, formy plánování a organizace vyšetřování. Těžištěm této práce je empirický výzkum. Jeho cílem je tedy přispění k současným poznatkovým východiskům této oblasti novými dílčími výsledky na základě realizace vlastní výzkumné studie. Z tohoto důvodu byly stanoveny hypotézy, které budou zkoumány a seznámí čtenáře s problematikou plánování a organizací vyšetřování z praktického hlediska odborníků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with planning and organization of investigation. To ensure clarity, this work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is a compilation of professional literature, where it is a brief description of selected terms, the nature and principles of planning in the investigation, types of planning and organization of investigations, forms of planning and organization of investigations. The focus of this work is empirical research. Its aim is therefore to contribute to the current knowledge base of this area with new partial results based on the realization of its own research study. For this reason, hypotheses have been established that will be explored and familiarized with the issues of planning and organizing investigations from a practitioner's point of view.
