Diplomová práce analyzuje využívání záporných úrokových sazeb centrálními bankami a případné dopady jejich zavedení v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje současnou měnovou politiku a využívání tradičních i netradičních nástrojů měnových politik. The diploma thesis analyses the use of negative interest rates by central banks and possible impacts of their introduction in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the current monetary policy and the use of traditional and non-traditional monetary policy instruments.
