Abstract:
Práce pojednává o vzájemném vztahu práva a komiksu. Cílem je prozkoumat způ-soby využití komiksu v právu a jeho přínosy pro právní praxi. První kapitola defi-nuje komiks a stručně jej představuje. Druhá kapitola zkoumá vlastnosti a funkční prvky komiksu a upozorňuje na jejich podobnost s právem. Třetí kapitola se za-bývá komiksem v právu a poukazuje na právní úpravu komiksu v ČR a USA. The thesis deals with the relationship between law and comics. The aim is to ex-plore ways of using comics in law and its benefits for legal practice. The first cha-pter defines and presents comics.
