Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci IHC protokolu pro stanovení exprese jaderného proteinu Schlafen 11 jako možného prediktivního biomarkeru rezistence ovariálního karcinomu na chemoterapii založenou na platinových derivátech. The objective of this thesis was to focus on the optimalization of the IHC protocol for determining the expression of the nuclear protein Schlafen 11 and its potential as a predictive marker of ovarian carcinoma's resistance to platinum derivates-based chemotherapy.
