Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá negativními aspekty vztahů na pracovišti. Cílem je zmapovat současný stav vztahů na pracovišti a na základě trendů navrhnout vhodná řešení a prevenci. Praktická část této práce vychází z dotazníku, na který odpovědělo více než 60 osob.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with negative aspects of workplace relationships. The aim of thesis is to map current situation of workplace relationships and propose appropriate solutions and prevention acording to current situation. The practical part of this thesis is based on a questionnaire to which more than 60 people responded.
