Abstract:
CPVT je závažné arytmogenní onemocnění, které může vyvolat náhlou smrt. Pacienti, kteří jsou léčeni vhodnými prostředky mají dobrou prognózu. Klíčová je včasná a správná diagnostika. Až 58 % onemocnění je způsobeno mutacemi v genu RYR2. RYR2 je gen kódující ryadoninový receptor, který je hlavním kanálem pro propouštění vápníku. CPVT is a serious arythmogenic disease which may cause sudden death. Patients who are treated with suitable aids have a good prognosis. An early and correct diagnostics is crucial.
