Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem operativního plánování v divizi spravující nemovitostí. Význam plánování ve zjednodušeně pojetí spočívá v nutnosti myslet do budoucna. Úkolem plánování je napomoci úspěšnému převedení stanovených cílů podniku do reality. V teoretické části se stručně zabývám smyslem a pojetím plánování. Důraz je kladen na aplikační část této práce, kde zdůrazňuji význam informačního systému a fungující komunikace uvnitř firmy. Dále se zaměřuji na detailní plánování nákladových položek. Výstupem mé práce je plán nákladů a výnosů divize SRE ve společnosti Siemens s.r.o. a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the topic of operational planning in division engages in real estate. A simplified meaning of planning is the necessity of looking into the future. The planning task is contribute to a successful transferring of company goals into the reality. In the theoretical part I briefly explain the purpose and theory of planning. The main emphasis lies on application part of my work, where I try to point out the importance of information system and effective communication in a company. Further, I focus on a detailed costs planning. The output of my work is the expenses and revenue plan of SRE division in company Siemens Ltd. and its evaluation.
