Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením současné právní úpravy služebnosti cesty dle platného občanského zákoníku. Dále pak průzkumem, kterým bude zjištěna míra informovanosti lidí o služebnostech a zjištěním nejčastějších případů služebností. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the current legal regulation of road servitudes according to the valid Civil Code. Next, a survey that will determine the level of awareness of people about servitudes and the most common cases of servitudes. The work is divided into two parts.
