Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření aplikace pro stanovení a predikování tuhostních parametrů pneumatik pro automobily na základě experimentálních dat. Pro tvorbu aplikace bylo využito programové rozhraní Microsoft Visual Studio 2019. Cílem práce je navrhnout aplikaci, která z načtených experimentálních dat stanoví hodnotu dynamické radiální tuhosti pro daný tlak huštění a rychlost, přičemž bude umět roztřídit celý soubor z měření do odpovídajících hodnot tlaků a rychlostí a bude možné jistým způsobem predikovat hodnoty tuhosti pro jiné tlaky a rychlosti, než pro které byly experimenty realizovány. První kapitoly se orientují na popis současného stavu řešené problematiky s důrazem na stanovení tuhostních parametrů pneumatik z experimentálních dat na dynamickém zkušebním zařízení. Následuje kapitola, ve které jsou uvedeny podněty pro výběr moderního prostředku pro programování. Vytvořená aplikace byla odzkoušena na reálných experimentálních datech a je možné konstatovat, že byla vytvořena aplikace, která je z hlediska programování otevřena pro možnost modifikace. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na vylepšení této aplikace.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the development of an application for the determination and prediction of stiffness parameters of automotive tyres based on experimental data. For the development of the application, the Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 programming interface has been used. The aim of the thesis is to design an application that will determine the value of dynamic radial stiffness for a given inflation pressure and speed from the read experimental data, while being able to sort the whole set of measurements into the corresponding values of pressures and speeds, and it will be possible to predict in a certain way the values of stiffness for pressures and speeds other than those for which the experiments were carried out. The first chapters are oriented towards a description of the current state of the art, with emphasis on the determination of tyre stiffness parameters from experimental data on a dynamic test rig. This is followed by a chapter in which suggestions for the selection of a modern programming tool are given. The developed application has been tested on real experimental data and it can be concluded that an application has been created which is open to modification from a programming point of view. The paper concludes with suggestions for improving the application.
