Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na oblast nemocenského pojištění. Souvisí to s novým platným zákonem č. 187/2006 Sb., o nemocenském pojištěním účinným od 1. ledna 2009. Tento právní předpis se stal základním pramenem této diplomové práce. Práce je pomyslně rozdělena na 2 části. V první části jsem se zabývala úpravou nemocenského pojištění v českém právu. Abstract:
In my thesis I focused on the area of sickness insurance. It bears on the new Act Nr. 187/2006, On Sickness Insurance effective from January 1st 2009. This juridical document became the basic source of this work. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. In the first part I concentrated on the regulations of the sickness insurance in the Czech law.
