A motivational strategy of secondary school students in order to be able to move in autoregulated learning

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku v oblasi autoregulovaného učení, strategií autoregulovaného učení, moivace a motivačních typů lidí. V teoretické části se věnujeme základním principům motivace a jeho vlivu na osobnost, prostředí a situaci.Definujeme jednotlivé motivační typy lidí a vztahy mezi nimi. V neposlední řadě se podíváme na učební styly a učební strategie, mezi které zapadá autoregulované učení. Praktická část, kdy využíváme poznatků z teoretické části, je zaměřena na sledování rozdílů v motivaci k autoregulovanému učení v závislosti na motivačním typu respondentů a na typu střední školy. Výzkum se prováděl na 150 respondentech střední školy obchodu a služeb pomocí dotazníku, který obsahoval otázky zaměřené na motivační typy lidí a na autoregulované učení.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of self-directed learning, self-directed learning strategies, motivation and types of people.The theoretical part covers the basic principles of motivation and its influence on personality, environment and situation. We will define different motivational types of people and the relationship between them. Finally, we will look at learning styles, learning strategies and Self-directed learning. In the practical part where we use the findings from the theoretical part we will monitor the differences between motivation and Self-directed strategies depending on the type of respondent and the type of secondary school using a questionnaire including questions based on peoples motivation and Self-directed learning.
