Bakalářská práce definuje postavení a úkoly státních orgánů a orgánů samosprávných celků. Zkoumá, zda jsou dostatečně připraveny na případnou mimořádnou událost a následné záchranné a likvidační práce. Dále se zaměřuje na to, jestli orgány činné při mimořádné události nezanedbávají svojí činnost, zda jejich činnost odpovídá předepsaným normám a nedochází k podcenění dané hrozby. The bachelor thesis defines the position and tasks of state authorities and local government bodls. It examines whether they are sufficiently prepared for a possible emergency and the subsequent rescue and liquidation work.
