Tématem této diplomové práce je biologická léčba kolorektálního karcinomu. Obtížnost práce spočívá v závažnosti onemocnění a v různorodosti užívaných preparátů biologické léčby. The topic of this thesis is biological therapy of colorectal cancer. The arduousness of this thesis lies in seriousness of the disease and in diversity of used preparations of biological therapy.
