Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a analýzu právní úpravy smlouvy o dílo ve výstavbě s akcentem na pohled zhotovitele v režimu zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., s podpůrným doplňováním zákonem č. 183/2006 Sb. Práce pojednává o historickém vývoji smlouvy o dílo, její platné úpravě, popisuje podstatné a část méně podstatných náležitostí dotčeného smluvního typu.
