Effects of crisis into real estate maket, mortgage market and building saving market
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady hypoteční krize v USA na český trh nemovitostí. Konkrétně charakterizuje nemovitost a strukturu bydlení, hypoteční úvěr a jeho čerpání a stavební spoření včetně vývojových řad. Vývoj těchto tří kategorií je popsán v časových intervalech, v letech 2000 – 2008 a v letech 2008 – 2009 a to proto, aby byl zřejmý vliv hypoteční krize.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis describes effects of the USA crisis into the Czech real estate market. It characterizes the real estate market and the structure of living, mortgages and its utilization and building saving including the development succession. Development of these three categories is described in years 2000 – 2008 and 2008 –2009.
