Problematika závislosti na humanitární pomoci v Řecku

Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce je napsána formou kompilace, pojednávající o problematice závislosti na humanitární pomoci v Řecku. Jejím cílem je identifikovat možnosti předcházení vzniku závislosti zejména uprchlíků a žadatelů o azyl v Řecku. Čtenář se po přečtení seznámí s tím, jak funguje poskytování humanitární pomoci, komu se poskytuje a zároveň jak by se pomoc měla poskytovat tak, aby na ní nevznikala závislost. Tento přístup zahrnuje množství subjektů, které by měli v procesu kooperovat, a proto je o nich v této práci také pojednáváno. K předcházení závislosti je přistupováno zejména prostřednictvím poskytování finanční pomoci, která stimuluje příjemce pomoci k aktivitě a soběstačnosti. Důležitým prvkem je také integrace v řeckém prostředí, kterou ale provází mnohé problémy. Jaké jsou hlavní problémy a jak se s nimi pracuje, je také zmíněno.

Abstract:

The topic of the graduate thesis is dependence on humanitarian aid in Greece. The aim is to identify possible ways to prevent development of dependence, using the method of compilation. The target group of the graduate thesis are mainly refugees and asylum seekers in Greece. The description of humanitarian aid and its proper means to avoid the dependence is placed in initial part. Also the stakeholders and other actors are mentioned as important participants of humanitarian assistance as well as integration of refugees and asylum seekers into Greek society. The cooperation of these participants is necessary. The main focus on decreasing the dependence is through Cash transfer program, which is important tool empowering refugees and asylum seekers to take responsibility of own future. The main problems of integration in Greek society and its solutions are also mentioned.
