Gastronomie Španělska

Abstract:

Cílem práce je poukázat na význam španělské gastronomie pro cestovní ruch země, a to nejen využitím vzájemné souvislosti gastronomie a cestovního ruchu, ale hlavně charakteristikou typických rysů španělské kuchyně a uvedením regionálních gastronomických odlišností, které přispívají k její diverzi. V teoretické části práce je popsaný vzájemný vztah mezi cestovním ruchem a gastronomií. Gastronomie je nejenom jedním ze základních elementů, které podepírají cestovní ruch Španělska, ale má svůj význam i pro průmyslové odvětví s ním spojeny. Jsou zmíněny základní geografické informace, historie země a samotná historie španělské gastronomie. Práce popisuje typické zvyky a tradice spojeny s jídlem. Důležité jsou i gastronomické odlišnosti jednotlivých autonomních oblastí a jejich typické pokrmy a produkty. Práce se zabývá i nejnovějšími trendy v španělské gastronomii, kterými je v současnosti nejvíc ovlivněna. Jde zejména o molekulární gastronomii, fusion jídla, slow food, showcooking. O propagaci španělské gastronomie v zahraničí se usiluje asociace Saborear Espaňa ("Ochutnejte Španělsko"), která chce dostat do povědomí turistů národní kuchyni, typické produkty a vinné stezky.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to point out the importance of Spanish gastronomy for the tourism of the country and not only by using the one another connection between gastronomy and tourism, but also by characterization of typical features of Spanish cuisine and mentioning regional gastronomic differences, which contribute to its diversity. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is described the relationship between tourism and gastronomy. Gastronomy is not only one of the basic elements, which support the tourism of Spain, but it is also important for the related industries. There are mentioned basic geographical information, history of the country so as history of Spanish gastronomy. The thesis describes typical habits and traditions connected with food. The gastronomic differences of particular autonomous regions and their typical dishes and product are important too. The thesis deals with todays newest gastronomic trends in Spanish gastronomy, which influence it pretty much. It is especially the molecular gastronomy, fusion food, slow food, showcooking. The association Saborear Espaňa ("Taste Spain") cares for the advertisement of Spanish gastronomy abroad and tries to promote the national cuisine, typical products and wine routes among the foreign tourists.

Cieľom práce je poukázať na význam španielskej gastronómie pre cestovný ruch krajiny, a to nielen využitím vzájomnej súvislosti gastronómie a cestovného ruchu, ale hlavne charakteristikou typických rysov španielskej kuchyne a uvedením regionálnych gastronomických odlišností, ktoré prispievajú k jej diverzite. V teoretickej časti práce je popísaný vzájomný vzťah medzi cestovným ruchom a gastronómiou. Gastronómia je nielen jedným zo základných elementov, ktoré podopierajú cestovný ruch Španielska, ale má svoj význam i pre priemyselné odvetvia s ním spojené. Zmieňujú sa tu základné geografické informácie, história krajiny a samotná história španielskej gastronómie. Práca popisuje typické zvyky a tradície spojené s jedlom. Dôležité sú i gastronomické odlišnosti jednotlivých autonómnych oblastí a ich typické pokrmy a produkty. Práca sa zaoberá i najnovšími trendmi v španielskej gastronómii, ktoré ju v súčasnosti najviac ovplyvňujú. Jedná sa najmä o molekulárnu gastronómiu, fusion jedlá, slow food, showcooking. O propagáciu španielskej gastronómie v zahraničí sa usiluje asociácia Saborear Espaňa ("Ochutnajte Španielsko"), ktorá chce dostať do povedomia turistov národnú kuchyňu, typické produkty a vínne cesty.
