Delivery in the administrative proceedings
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém doručování ve správním řízení. V teoretické části jsou popsána obecná ustanovení správního řádu, která pokračují řešením otázek týkajících se doručení fyzickým a právnickým osobám. Praktická část obsahuje elektronické doručování prostřednictvím datových schránek. Následně byly zjištěny výhody nevýhody elektronického doručování.
Abstract:
Bachelor work is focused on the delivery system in administrative proceedings. General provisions of the administrative procedure are described in theoretical part, which continues to address issues relating to the delivery of physical and legal person.
