Specific accounting cases in the field of VAT

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifickými účetními případy v oblasti DPH z pohledu České republiky a ve vztahu k zahraničí. Ke správnému pochopení a možnosti interpretace zvolené judikatury v oblasti DPH je nezbytný teoretický rámec v první části práce. K lepšímu porozumění dané problematiky následně slouží přiložená schémata a ukázkové příklady. Cílem judikatury v praktické části práce je demonstrovat řešení možných sporných situací a pochopit princip specifických účetních případů v oblasti DPH. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky vyvozené z vybrané problematiky v oblasti DPH a z rozebíraných judikátů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with specific accounting cases in the field of VAT from the point of view of the Czech Republic and in relation to other countries. The theoretical framework in the first part of the thesis is necessary to understand and interpret the chosen case law in the field of VAT. The attached schemas and examples serve to better understand the issue. The aim of the case law in the practical part of the thesis is to demonstrate the solution of possible controversial situations and to understand the principle of specific VAT accounting cases. Finally the conclusion of the thesis summarizes the knowledge derived from selected issue in the field of VAT and from the analyzed case law.
