Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování závislé práce, která je v českém právním řádu primárně upravena zákoníkem práce. Mezi odměny za závislou práci řadíme plat, mzdu a odměnu z dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, toto téma je nadčasové. The diploma thesis deals with remuneration of dependent work, which is primarily regulated in Czech legal system by Labor Code. Remuneration for dependent work includes salary, wages and remuneration work agreements outside of employment relationships. This topic is timeless.
