Bariatrické operace představují efektivní léčbu obezity. Kromě úbytku tělesné hmotnosti se lze u bariatrických pacientů setkat s nutričními, metabolickými a hormonálními změnami. The bariatric surgery is an effective treatment option for obesity. Except of an achievement of weigt loss bariatric pacients experience nutritional, metabolic and hormonal changes.
