Tato práce se zabývá hospodařením a nakládáním s majetkem obcí se zaměřením na nemovitosti. První část práce obsahuje charakteristiku obcí jako vlastníka a ukazuje možnosti výkonu hospodaření. První část obsahuje také vymezení nemovitostí a popis odlišných znaků bytů a nebytových prostor. This thesis deals with the managing and disposing of municipal property with a view to immovable assets.
