Bachelor thesis "Traditional Czech cuisine through time" deals with Czech cuisine, which is part of three years study programme "cook - waiter". It deals about the history of the Czech diet, the importance of individual basic ingredients, superstition and symbolism connected with food preparation in Czech cuisine.
