Overview and basic characteristics of natural centers of sports facilities in Olomouc region

Abstract:

Přírodní sportovní areály jsou již řadu let v zahraničí běžnou záležitostí. V současnosti se stává daná problematika aktuální i v České republice. Cílem mé práce bylo vytvořit informační materiál s jejich přehledem a základní charakteristikou na území Olomouckého kraje. Data pro teoretickou část své práce jsem získal studiem a analýzou zdrojových dokumentů uvedených v seznamu bibliografií. Ke sběru dat pro praktickou část bylo využito metod kvalitativního výzkumu. Korespondence prostřednictvím e-mailů a telefonické rozhovory přispěly k banální orientaci a sestavení plánu cesty terénního šetření. V další fázi se jednalo o samotné terénní šetření. Osobní kontakt s pracovníky informačních center za užití neformálního rozhovoru vedl k nalezení případných přírodních sportovních areálů. Výsledky byly překvapující. Na území celého Olomouckého kraje se nachází jediný přírodní sportovní areál splňující podmínky pro zařazení do této kategorie. Jedná se o Fit stezku ve Hněvotíně, která je navíc v současné době ve výstavbě. Ostatní nalezené objekty nejsou v korespondenci s kritérii, a proto nemohou být zařazeny do kategorie přírodních sportovních areálů. Tato práce odhalila nedostatky, co se týče výskytu přírodních sportovních areálů na zkoumaném území. Nicméně nachází se zde několik objektů, které jsou krůček před splněním stanovených kritérií a řada míst s vysokým potenciálem pro zbudování těchto areálů. Proto by bylo vhodné informovat o zjištěné skutečnosti úřady okresních měst. Tyto nesou označení obce s rozšířenou působností, což označuje typ obcí vykonávajících státní správu v přenesené působnosti. Při aktivním přístupu ze strany úřadů a efektivním využití dotační politiky by se do budoucna mohl počet přírodních sportovních areálů v Olomouckém kraji prudce zvýšit.

Abstract:

Natural centres of sports facilities are very common thing abroad for many years now. Nowadays they are becoming more and more actual even in the Czech Republic. The aim of my work is to inform and provide basics characteristics of these facilities in Olomouc region. Facts for the theoretical part of my work were acquired by studying and analyzing some source documents which are enlisted in the list of bibliography. For the collection of facts for the practical part of my work I used methods of qualitative research. For the trivial orientation and composition of the route plan of the landscape inquiry were used correspondence through email and phone calls. In the next stage it was landscape inquiry itself. Through the informal interview with the employees from the info centres I tried to find some natural centres of sports facilities. The results were surprising. There is only one natural centre of sports facilities in Olomouc region which fulfil the conditions for enlistment into this category ? it is ?Fit footpath? in Hněvotín which on top of it isn?t finish yet. Other found areas don?t match the criteria therefore can?t be included into the category of natural centres of sports facilities. This work revealed the lack of natural centres of sports facilities in scrutinised area. However it finds several areas which have a potential to meet given criteria in future. It would be worth it to inform town halls of townships in Olomouc region about found information. These municipalities are substitute organs executing governance The number of natural centres of sports facilities could dramatically increase in case of active attitude from the town halls and of the effective usage of grants.
