Tématem Bakalářské práce je Profesionalizace florbalového klubu. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout řešení pro profesionalizaci v řízení florbalu na úrovni klubů. Pomocí studia relevantní literatury byly identifikovány znaky profesionalizace sportu a sportovního klubu.
