Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu způsobenou zaměstnanci, zákonným a doplňkovým pojištěním pro tyto případy, odškodněním vzniklých škod, a to vše v souladu se zákoníkem práce. This Bachelor Thesis deals with the liability of employer for damages caused to an employee, legal and additional insurance, and compensation of damages, everything according to the Labor Code.
