Communication on workplace in company Modrá Pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o komunikaci v organizaci. Konkrétně ve společnosti Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části je práce zaměřena na prostudování literatury vztahující se k danému tématu, jako např. Komunikační dovednosti v praxi, Interní komunikace ve firmě. Načerpané informace jsou následně použity v druhé části. V té je ukázáno využití komunikace v praxi na konkrétní společnosti, kterou je Modrá pyramida. Pilířem praktické části jsou informace získané z dotazníku, jehož úkolem je analýza komunikace ve společnosti Modrá pyramida.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis treats the communication in organization. Concretely in company Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to through literature study related to given theme such as Communication skills in practice and Internal communication in company. Drawn information is consequently used in the second part. In this part the utilization of communication in practice is shown within particular company, which is Modrá pyramida. The pillar of the practical part is elaborated questionnaire, which assignment is the analysis of the communication in Modrá pyramida.
