Analysis of Logistic Processes in Stavebniny DEK, a.s.

Abstract:

Hlavní náplní bakalářské práce je popis a analýza logistických operací ve skladu společnosti DEK Stavebniny, a.s. Po zanalyzování celého logistického procesu na konkrétní pobočce budou využity teoretické znalosti k navržení možných zlepšení, která by mohla domoci k lepší optimalizaci celého skladovacího procesu, jeho zrychlení nebo objevení nedostatku v celém procesu. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní teoretické pojmy potřebné ke správnému pochopení problematiky skladování a také pojmy, jejichž zavedení je nutné, aby bylo možné provést případné změny. V praktické části bude představena společnost a pobočka, která je předmětem práce a také zanalyzovány jednotlivé logistické operace probíhající v jejím skladu. Na základě komunikace, vlastních poznatků získaných praxí ve společnosti a z teoretické části následně navrhnu řešení, které dopomůže ke zlepšení nebo odstranění chyb v logistickém procesu pobočky.

Abstract:

The main content of the bachelor's thesis is a description and analysis of logistics operations in the warehouse of DEK Stavebniny, a.s. After analyzing the entire logistics process at a particular branch, theoretical knowledge will be used to suggest possible improvements that could help to better optimize the entire warehousing process, speed it up, or discover defects in the whole process. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic theoretical concepts needed to properly understand the issues of storage, as well as the concepts that need to be introduced to make any changes. The practical part will introduce the company and the branch, which is the subject of the work, and also analyze the individual logistics operations taking place in its warehouse. Based on the communication, my knowledge gained through experience in the company, and from the theoretical part, I will subsequently propose a solution that will help to improve or eliminate errors in the branch's logistics process.
