Strategie vnitřní bezpečnosti EU a její aplikace v ČR

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématice současných bezpečnostních rizik, která jsou zpracována v Globální strategii zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky EU z roku 2016. Primárně se zaměřuje na boj proti terorismu a účinnost její implementace do prostředí ČR. Bližší analýzu všech aktuálních hrozeb nebylo možné v rámci bakalářské práce pro jejich rozsáhlost provést. Přestavuje terorismus, jeho vývoj, metody, typy a vliv na společnost. Dále pak systémová opatření v ČR v boji proti terorismu ve vazbě na Strategii EU. V práci byla použita především deskriptivní metoda, analýza, syntéza strategických dokumentů a dále kvalitativní šetření formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. V závěru je zhodnocen současný stav, postoje a postupy k této problematice v ČR.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of current security risks, which are elaborated in the Global Strategy of the Foreign and Security Policy of the EU in 2016. Primarily focuses on the fight against terrorism and the effectiveness of implementation in the Czech Republic. A closer analysis of all current threats was not possible in the bachelor thesis for their size. It deals with terrorism, its development, its methods, its types and its impact on society. Furthermore, the systemic measures in the Czech Republic in the fight against terrorism in relation to the EU Strategy. In the thesis was used mainly descriptive method, analysis, synthesis of strategic documents and also qualitative investigation in the form of semi-structured interviews. In conclusion, the current state, attitudes and procedures on this issue in the Czech Republic are evaluated.
